Title and Description
"Improving the Effectiveness of Speech and IVR" provides an overview of telephone-based speech recognition and touch-tone dialogue design. The course introduces key aspects of IVR including business issues, new technologies, and tuning. The target audience is non-technical—project managers, decision makers, design leads—but technical attendees with a need for a high-level overview will benefit as well. Students will learn specific and detailed techniques that increase throughput and IVR containment while reducing errors.
Workshop Venue
The workshop is to be held at the Novotel London West Hotel (www.novotellondonwest.co.uk). The hotel is situated in Hammersmith, London.
Hammersmith Underground station is just 3 minutes walk away. This station is a major interchange and offers the District, Piccadilly, and Hammersmith and City lines, which between them connect with the entire London Underground system. Buses run regularly to and from the centre of London, details of bus routes are available on request.
EIG reserves the right to change the venue to another nearby venue if required.
