EIG Announces Interactive Digital Patrnership

Enterprise Integration Group, Inc. (EIG) today announced a partnership agreement with Interactive-Digital (ID), a New York-based technology vendor. The announcement was made at Customer Contact 2007, Europe: A Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange™ in Prague. Under the agreement, EIG will incorporate ergonomic best practices into ID’s patented Adaptive Audio™ product, adding value by increasing the efficiency of telephone-based self-service. By applying human factors principles well-established by EIG, the best practices are designed to correct usability problems commonly exhibited by IVR systems.

EIG Announces UCMS Patrnership

Enterprise Integration Group, Inc. (EIG) today announced a partnership agreement with United Customer Management Solutions (UCMS). Under the agreement, UCMS will resell EIG best practices in the form of professional services, software, and custom design and development projects into the largest and busiest call centre operations. The partnership ensures that usability problems that are very common in telephone self-service systems will quickly become a thing of the past. And that is great news for Australian and New Zealand phone users.
