Enterprise Integration Group Training Cancellation Policy

If you must change your plans after registration, try to arrange a replacement so your company will not lose the benefits of the workshop. If this is not possible, we will make a full refund, less a $45 service fee, if we receive your cancellation notice 7 days prior to the workshop. Cancellations within 7 days can be re-scheduled one time only, and a forfeit of discounts will apply owing to pre-set food and occupancy commitments.

Enterprise Integration Group Publication Return Policy

Publications may be returned up to 30 days after purchase by notifying Enterprise Integration Group in writing at the address below.  Shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
